Is there a minimum print number?

At Screen Culture there are different methods of branding apparel and accessories, and yes there are certain requirements. We have a 12 item minimum for all screen printing, no minimum number for vinyled branding & embroidery is dependent on what the graphic is.

 

Can I Supply my own garments?

As an apparel and accessories supplier we can get almost any garment and accessory at a great price, and as we are experienced with them we know the quality and what to expect when we print them. Not all garments print the same so before you purchase your own garments please discuss it with us first.

 

How long will my job take?

We endeavor to work towards your deadline however generally our turnaround is 2-3 weeks, depending on who supplies the garments and how busy we are. Discuss your deadline with us at time of order as we try out best to meet short deadlines.

 

What colours are available?

We use a Pantone Colour Matching system.. With so many colours available, you will most definitely find your match! Pop into our showroom to see the choice.

 

How can I get a Quote?

Contact us via phone, email or through our website with as many details as possible about the job and we can get a quote organised for you. Alternatively pop into our showroom to discuss your job.

 

How do I accept the quote?

Simple email, call, or pop into our showroom to confirm, pay your deposit and we will start getting the proof together.

 

How do I see the proof?

We always email the proof to our clients before moving forward. Alternatively you can pop into the showroom to see the proof.

 

Do you offer a graphic design service?

Yes we offer a full graphic design service, charged at an hourly rate. Come see us in the showroom, email or call for more information

 

What about artwork?

Yes! We can offer a very unique full artistic service. Want garments done but have no artwork and logo alone wont suit? We charge a flat rate and every artwork is completely original and designed directly for each client. Come have a chat with us in the showroom for more info!

 

How do I pay?

We accept cash, direct credit and cheques. Please make cheques out to CK Creative Ltd, and ask for account number for direct credits.

 

What Happens after I approve the proof?

Once we have approval and have received the final payment/or we have arranged payment terms we confirm deadline and get the job done! We will contact you when its to pick up or when it has been shipped.

 

I paid a Set Up cost on the screen, does that mean I own them?

No you paid for the hirage of that screen, once your job has been finished we need to use the screen for other jobs. If you print the same design again there will be another set up charge so please discuss this with us at time of first order.
